Dr.Hari Kishan Reddy is the Chief Executive Officer of Cube Highways and Transportation Assets Advisors (P) Ltd.

He is a well-regarded expert in the field of Traffic Engineering & Transportation Planning with more than 19 years of professional experience. He has a Ph. D. in Transportation Systems Engineering from IIT Kanpur. Dr. Reddy is the founder of VR TECHNICHE , a leading consulting company in the highways sector. He has completed 700+ studies on traffic demand estimation and network analysis in India in his career, one of the highest in the country.

His experience encompasses travel demand estimation for road projects, parking projects, public and private transportation systems, on intercity railway corridors, etc. He has good knowledge on road safety aspects and is involved in conducting a Road Safety Audit. His experience also includes establishing economic viability of road projects. He is well versed with the relevant IRC codes and MORTH guidelines as well as latest software & design developments. He is fully conversant with International best practices and implementation of Highway projects in BOT/PPP funded. He has experience in the design of Intersections including Signal Design, Capacity and Level of Service Analysis and Analysis of Queue Lengths at Signalised Intersections. He has also contributed to development of scientific approach for Origin-Destination Travel Demand Matrix Estimation from Link Volume Counts and Marginal Trip Totals. He has worked on Fuzzy Linear Regression for Trip Generation, Route Choice Modelling under Imprecise and Vague Information.

Bovin has over 25 years of experience in the field of infrastructure project development, program management, roads design, operations and maintenance.

He has a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from National Institute of Technology, Hamirpur, HP, India, a masters’ degree in Civil Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, India and Executive Post Graduate Diploma in International Business from Indian Institute of Foreign Trade New Delhi , India. Currently, he is working with Cube Highways Transportation Asset Advisors Private Limited as a COO. Previously, he was associated with Ramboll, CH2MHILL, Halcrow, National Highways Authority of India and Ministry of Road Transport (Govt of India).

Ankit is the Head – M&A and Business Development, Cube Highways and Transportation Assets Advisors (P) Ltd

Ankit brings close to 14 years of extensive experience in infrastructure M&A and fund-raising. He has worked on some of the largest transactions that have taken place in the Indian transportation sector.

Prior to joining Cube Highways, Ankit worked in the Infrastructure Advisory at Knight Frank India, where he advised senior bureaucrats on the financing of several infrastructure projects. During his tenure at Knight Frank, Ankit has worked with Delhi Mumbai Industrial Corridor Development Corporation on the financial feasibility of trunk infrastructure projects for its Dadri node and with the Delhi Metro Railway Corporation on their non-fare box revenue strategy.

His other professional stints have been with Serco and EY, where he has worked on the financial feasibility of various infrastructure projects. Ankit brings experience and a proven track record of success in the M&A and Fund Raising.

Ankit is a finance graduate and has also earned a Professional Program with Institute of Companies Secretaries of India.

Senthil brings over 21 years of diverse experience as an entrepreneur in the renewable energy and technology sectors, and in sales and product management roles. At Cube Highways, Senthil heads the Wayside Amenities business. Prior to joining Cube, Senthil co-founded and managed RenewGEN Enviro Ventures, one of India’s first developers to focus on setting up Waste to Energy (WTE) plants in India and Sri Lanka. Prior to RenewGEN, Senthil had a stint in the technology sector at Mindtree Consulting, Microsoft, and as a tech entrepreneur.

Senthil holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Hons.), and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Indian School of Business.

Mr. Vasu, is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Cube Highways and Transportation Assets Advisors (P) Ltd

Previously, Mr. Vasu was with NTPC Limited, a major power sector company in India. He has done his Master’s in Business Administration with specialization in Finance from the Department of Management Studies, Trichy.

Mr. Vasu is backed up with 32 years of rich and varied experience in the field of Financial accounting, budgeting auditing, project finance, market financing on multiple investment opportunities across various infrastructure sectors such as Roads and Highways, Renewable energy and Power transmission across India and overseas.

P. Bala Ganesh is the Project Head of the Andhra Pradesh Expressway Limited since March 2017. He has a bachelor’s degree (B.Tech) in Civil from The Institution of Civil Engineers (India) University, and is also pursuing a masters’ degree (M.Tech) in Highway Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Anantapuram. He has over 15 years of experience in the field of Highway Engineering. Previously, he was associated with Jaipur Mahua Tollways Pvt. Ltd.

Shreedhar Narayan is the Project Head of the Western UP Tollway Limited – Meerut – U.P since October 2017. He has a bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Delhi University. He has over 31 years of experience in the field of Logistics, Transportation & Infrastructure. Previously, he was associated with Elsamex & ITNL, an infrastructure vertical of IL & FS.

Venkata Rangasai Gadiyaram is the Project Head of N.A.M. Expressway Limited since December 2018. He has a B.Com. degree from Andhra University, M.Com. from Sagar University, M.B.A. from Amity University, L.L.B. from Osmania University, B.Tech in Civil Engineering from Karnataka Open University. He has over 28 years of experience in Finance & Accounts in India & East Africa with 11 years’ experience in the Toll Industry. Previously, he was associated with Western UP Tollways Limited.

Vasundhara Peddapalle is the Project Head of the Jaipur Mahua Tollway Limited since January 2016. She has a bachelor’s degree (BSc) in Agri from Acharya NG Ranga University, and also has a master’s degree (PGDM) in HR from Indira Gandhi Open University. She has over 23 years of experience in the field of Operations. Previously, she was associated with Lawrencedale Estates and Farms Ltd.
